Just had the most wonderful experience at Cinco&Tres. Jafet helped us and was SO welcoming and kind. The coffee was incredible. I had La Neta latte iced… truly one of the best coffees I’ve had. There were so many cool coffee options on the menu that I want to try next. The breakfast croissant was phenomenal with the house green sauce. Jafet gave us recommendations of best restaurants in the Houston area. We are so excited to come back and try more!

This place was truly amazing. The food was so good, like every single thing we tried was packed with flavor and just done perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. The service was incredible too. So welcoming, attentive, and just made the whole experience even better. This is absolutely a must-visit coffee shop. And on top of all of that, they have jazz nights which makes the whole vibe even more special. It’s one of those places you immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend.

Rock solid. The entrance is a little strange (in the middle of an office building!) surrounded by corporate America vibes. But when you walk into the cafe itself it’s a lot more up beat, fun, and well decorated. Coffee was great! The sweet beverages aren’t too sweet and they’re coffee forward. Pastries were also delicious, too. And they have a good variety of small bites and lunch worthy cafe items available. A relief to find. Much better quality than a Starbucks or a Summer Moon in this area.

I was on the hunt for coffee in this coffee desert of a town, and unfortunately, there weren’t many options in sight. I stumbled upon this gem while googling, and initially, I was turned off by the fact that it was located inside a business suite office. However, I decided to give it a try since I was desperate for coffee. To my surprise, the coffee was top-notch. The flavor was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The women working the counter were incredibly friendly and attentive. The ambiance of the place was incredibly relaxing, with soothing music playing in the background. If I ever find myself on this side of town again, I’ll definitely be returning to this coffee shop. The pastries looked delicious too, so I’m already planning to indulge in some of those as well.

We walked in to this place with a friend by accident and in turned out to be a really nice place. The place is clean, comfortable and staff are super nice. We I asked for iced Americano and I was so surprised on how good it tasted. It was not like a regular coffee. I will definitely visit this place again when I visit Huston.

If you’re looking for one of the best coffee shops in North Houston close to Beltway 8, you have to check out Cinco & Tres Coffee House. This place is an absolute gem for anyone who loves specialty coffee, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered a cortadito, the Aeternum dark mocha, Venezuelan beef empanadas, and a tiramisu - and everything was incredible. The coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, easily some of the best espresso-based drinks in Houston. The cortadito had that authentic, bold flavor, and the dark mocha was deep, chocolatey, and not overly sweet. The food deserves just as much praise. The Venezuelan empanadas were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the tiramisu was delicious - light, creamy, and the perfect dessert to pair with coffee. What really sets this place apart is the ambiance. It’s calm, inviting, and beautifully designed with warm tones that make it perfect for studying, working remotely, or just hanging out. They even have table games, which made the experience even more fun and unique compared to other coffee shops. If you’re searching for a cozy coffee shop in Houston with great espresso drinks, Latin-inspired pastries, and a relaxing vibe, Cinco & Tres Coffee House is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
